Starting January,1st 2026, we are moving from free insurance estimates to a comprehensive Professional Consultation & Claim Assessment. This service includes a detailed site inspection and a formal scope of work designed to ensure your insurance claim is accurate and complete. The fee for this service is $150.00, which will be fully credited toward your project should you choose to move forward with Apex Builders."

The reasoning behind this change is that insurance estimates require significant time, and detailed documentation to ensure the homeowner receives a fair settlement from their carrier.

We're excited to share the latest updates on our page. As part of our growth, we've evolved from a sole proprietorship to an LLC; we're now APECON LLC DBA Apex Builders. This change marks a new chapter for us, but rest assured, you'll still be working with the same dedicated team.

Sorry there hasn't been many updates lately Apex has been busy working on a couple different jobs and preparing for a couple big projects coming this Summer.

But the latest news is that we're now certified to install septic systems!
