If you're purchasing a building and having anchors installed, it is your responsibility to call 811 and schedule your utility locate appointment before your building is delivered.

811 will mark underground utility lines (gas, electric, water, etc.) so our crew knows it's safe to install anchors into the ground. We are not able to install anchors in any area that hasn't been cleared by 811.

Making this call ahead of time is the difference between a smooth, on-schedule delivery and a delayed one — so please don't skip this step!
