Our Story
Butler Restoration was built on family values with an acute understanding of homeowner’s vulnerability to natural catastrophe and the need to have a trusted contractor. Our founder, Patrick Dorsey, became interested in contracting service when one of the worst U.S. natural disasters roared through South Florida—Hurricane Andrew made landfall. Witnessing the devastation he began providing service to the coastal areas of the United States.
As a licensed contractor Butler Restoration specializes in dealing with homeowners and the insurance company. Our team consists of Licensed Electrician, Carpenters and Licensed Insurance adjusters on staff to review claims with the insurance company.
Patrick was born in Dumas, Ar. His father joined the army and his family traveled abroad to over 38 states and several countries in Europe. He received his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University where he studied Religion while serving in ministry working as the Youth Director teaching Sunday school and bible study at Mt. Rose Baptist Church. He also received his Master’s Degree from Dallas Baptist University in Business Administration and Management Information Systems while working as a Licensed Insurance Adjuster for multiple insurance carriers.
