This one was a beast. We opened up the cabinet under this sink to find decades-old galvanized pipe that had seen better days — corroded, leaking, and held together with what can only be described as hope and plumber's tape.

We replaced the old drain assembly with fresh PVC, installed a new P-trap, added a Reci-Vent air admittance valve for proper venting, and got everything flowing clean and tight again.
