Code violation...
1 panel under a water line drain oe supply not allowed
2 double tapped breakers.
3. Not technically a violation but...Look at the mess of wiring in this panel. Just kills me. Where's the workmanship???

Solving problems...old receptacles "back stabbed woring"
Leaving old outlets in your home can cause serious damage to items you have plugged in. Loosing the neutral connection can cause voltage to spike damaging sensitive electronics.
Nothing lasts forever, especially how things are made to throw away in this era. Have your switches and outlets updated for safety and esthetic looks.

Just wanted to share, and inform... I came across this today. I can not, will not connect into this. Prior electrician came in and started this project, charged a lot and then disappeared!! They wired a 1st floor bathroom with laundry area, open stud renovation. They also ran wires on the 3rd floor bedroom, that was just plastered. They could have, should have ran a new home run back to the panel, while the walls were open below. Instead they left this old ungrounded wire sticking out of the fan pancake box, to reconnect and power the room! So bad, so unsafe! Ungrounded circuit, let alone code violations! Now i have to cut up the walls from basement to 3rd floor to correct this!
Please know who you hire, please check their references, this is a perfect example of a horrible job done!
To my other fellow tradesmen, work with integrity! Our clients trust us tp make it right! To make it safe for their families!

Active k**b and tube wiring with blown in insulation! Very dangerous, fire waiting to happen!
Don't let this be your home! If its an old home, call an electrician to check before insulation is installed!
200 and service upgrade done last week
