Employee Spotlight: Meet Baylor, our Field Logistics Manager. Baylor has been part of the Jacobs Land Management Family for two years and has learned a lot about the landscaping industry along the way. He has gained a real appreciation for the time, skill, and hard work that goes into transforming a client’s yard into something they can truly enjoy. One of his favorite parts of working at Jacobs is the team itself. From the beginning, his coworkers made him feel welcome and like he had been part of the crew for years. Thank you for you hard work and dedication, Baylor!

Think you know your lawn? Yesterday's poll results are in, and 80% of you chose FALSE. Turns out, you DO know your lawn! Water isn't always the solution for brown grass. Of course, sometimes it is, but overwatering and poor drainage can also cause brown grass. Other potential causes can include fungus, insects, mower burns, and seasonal dormancy (to name a few).

Brown grass is a symptom of an underlying cause, not necessarily a diagnosis.

Sound like your yard? Give us a call. Our lawn care maintenance specialists are here and ready to help!

Want to maximize enjoyment of your outdoor living space? Why not add a custom, freestanding pavilion with a pitched metal roof? (Yeah…we make those too.) Rain or shine, this addition to your backyard will ensure you and your guests enjoy your outdoor space to the fullest.
Why a pavilion? The pitched roof provides shade and rain protection, while the open sides allow airflow. You can attach one to your house, place it over an existing patio- like this one- or even have one built over a hot tub.
You should give us a call ;)
