We often share big reveals and finished projects, but today we want to recognize our Maintenance Division for their hard work.

Our maintenance crews keep properties looking great every week, whether it’s a home or a large commercial site. They mow, edge, plant seasonal flowers, refresh mulch, fix problems, clean up beds, and take care of all the small details that make a property feel cared for.

If you are new, or just need a refresher, we’d like to introduce you to the leaders behind Jacobs Land Management.

Rody Jacobs (right) is the President and founder of Jacobs Land Management. He grew up in Augusta, GA, earned a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia, and started JLM in 2007. His passion for landscape design and installation helped shape the full-service company we are today. When he’s not working, Rody enjoys boating and traveling with his wife and two children.

Robert Moak (left) is the Vice President of Jacobs Land Management, and Head of Maintenance. He joined JLM in 2013 and has over 20 years of landscaping experience. His leadership, expertise, and dedication to client relationships help our maintenance division succeed. Outside of work, Robert enjoys traveling with his wife, Ashley, spending time with his three daughters, and doting on his two grandsons.

Nothing transforms curb appeal quite like a roll of fresh sod. With each passing week, your lawn only grows greener and more inviting.

As the turf takes root and settles in, it loses its “just installed” look and becomes a thick, lush green lawn. Good preparation, neat edges, and careful installation help it grow strong and look great long after the job is done. A well-designed and placed irrigation system is never a bad idea to pair with that fresh sod 😉😉
