💦 Job of the Week 💦

This week in Bartow, we finished converting an irrigation well into a limited use PWS well! A limited use PWS is a small public water system regulated by the Florida Department of Health. The well is equipped with a 7.5hp submersible pump and a variable frequency drive (VFD). It now meets all of the requirements to be a limited use public water system well. ✅

Meet the Fussell Family: Darian 💙

Darian joined our team in 2026 as Executive Assistant. She supports Lisa with scheduling, office operations, and field coordination, helping keep the day running smoothly for everyone.

Born in Central Florida and raised in Tennessee, Darian married Cody in 2015. She's a mom of two daughters and enjoys pottery and watercolor painting. Her belief that kindness and hard work can take you a long way fits right in here.

Meet the Fussell Family: Cody 💧

Cody is our Service Crew Supervisor, a 5th-generation well driller, and a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer. He returned home in 2024 to be closer to family and joined the business full-time.

Today, he helps our service crew troubleshoot, repair, and design water well systems. Cody is married to Darian and brings a service-focused mindset to his work: he wants customers facing an out-of-water emergency to feel the same confidence he'd want for his own family.

💥Starting this week off with a bang! 💥

When a bladder tank is too far gone to save, we find other uses for it... like target practice! This one was already shot (pun intended) before Tim ever pulled the trigger — just an old, worn-out tank getting a second life as some stress relief. Don't worry, we only retire the tanks that have truly retired themselves.

No working tanks were harmed in the making of this video.

💦 Job of the Week 💦

This week in Haines City, we tackled an iron problem head-on! We installed a 2-cube air injection iron removal system for a customer to help treat their water for iron — no more staining and no more metallic taste.

Did you know that iron is one of many minerals found in well water, and while it does affect water quality, it does not affect the safety of your drinking water?

Meet the Fussell Family: Bailey 💙

Bailey is our Marketing Director and Caleb's wife. She first joined the business in 2022, stepped away to finish her degree at the University of Florida, and returned in 2026.

She leads our marketing and advertising, focuses on customer satisfaction, and lends a hand in the office wherever she's needed. Outside of work, faith and family come first—including her two daughters. She also enjoys riding horses and holds a private pilot's license!

Meet the Fussell Family: Caleb 💧

Caleb is a 5th-generation well driller who grew up tagging along on jobs with his dad and brother. He officially joined the business in 2018 and now serves as our Drilling Supervisor. From drilling wells himself to troubleshooting in the field, Caleb works alongside our drilling crews and makes sure they have what they need to get the job done right.

Caleb is married to Bailey. Church and family are at the center of his life, and working alongside family and friends is his favorite part of the job. He also loves helping customers understand their well systems.
