Check out the transformation of this back yard we recently completed‼️This wonderful homeowner left city life in Montgomery for a slower pace on hundreds of acres in Clanton. She wanted to create a private back yard oasis with a large covered patio for her & her 3 Great Danes, so she called us out to her property for a design consultation & we made it happen for her!

This project features a 21ft x 22ft Sandstone Moderno Insulated Patio Cover that's 13ft tall with only two support posts — one in each corner! 🤯 These heavy duty 6x6 posts are fortified with stainless steel inserts inside and the heavy duty 5x7 header beam has a stainless steel I-beam inside to support the large projection off the house & span between support posts🏗️

Also, to answer this question all the time — yes we can walk on the structural insulated roof panels without any issue. There are many different roof panel sizes depending on the framing projection — ranging from 3in to 6in thick with multiple density options — to ensure each customer has the appropriate roof panels for someone to safely walk on top of their patio covers if necessary.

🚨BEFORE & AFTER🚨 - Imagine this was your backyard... how would this transformation make you feel⁉️

This project features a 16ft x 26ft custom Contempo Insulated Patio Cover... with 24ft spans between support posts 🤯 allowing for the entire area to feel completely open with a seamless transition from the covered space to the open space.

There are stainless steel inserts inside of the support posts & a stainless steel I-beam inside the header beam 🏗️ which gives the structure the additional strength required for the extreme span💪🏼

Also, notice the 3 different roof lines on this house? This customer had 5 other companies come out before us... all of them said they'd have to get architects & sturctrual engineers involved to redesign their roof & back of the house to make it work.

We came in, quickly built the project digitally using our custom 3D designer software on our iPad, showed them how we would build it without redesigning their roof, and provided them with an exact quote & rendering right there on the spot - within an hour of meeting them.
