An AMAZING Review from a past Client:
This review is LONG overdue (better late than never!) but we still wanted to make sure that that we wrote this review to let everyone know our awesome experience with Chaz and Jeanette!
Our home experienced a major leak in our main shower which then led to the guest bathroom and the bathroom below. We were panicked and searched for contractors immediately. We took our time getting multiple quotes but felt that Chaz and Jeanette were the best match for us. We immediately felt comfortable with them and felt they really listened to what we needed/wanted. The communication was awesome and they always kept us up to date about things or when they would be arriving. They always arrived first thing in the morning, unless otherwise stated. This was our first "remodel" and felt that they really helped us through the entire process and didn't make us feel "dumb" in any sort of way. Jeanette even helped us with the design aspect and gave her opinion when we asked for help. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to designing my home and they were so SO patient with us and just kept telling us that they wanted what we wanted.
We highly recommend them and can't say enough positive things about them! They even worked extra to help us complete our project before Thanksgiving because they knew we were hosting a ton of people. That right there proves how much they care about their customers. They are super trustworthy and we felt 100% comfortable with them at the house when we were unable to be or even on vacation. They also got to know our dogs and I thought that was a special touch. We even got a little video at the end of our project to show us what it was like before and the finished product! Anytime we show people our bathrooms they are amazed and also extremely jealous :). They did a wonderful job and we hope we get to work with them in the future!
