A new home for dance is coming to S**O.

Auburn Mechanical is excited to be partnering with PAE-Engineers on the new Pacific Northwest Ballet School S**O, soon to be known as the Peter Boal Center.

Located within Seattle’s Track 6 building, the 19,993-square-foot space will feature dedicated dance studios, dressing rooms, administrative offices, and more. The new location will help PNB expand its school offerings and provide space for approximately 500–600 students.

As part of the progressive design-build team, Auburn Mechanical is excited to play a role in creating a new space where students can learn, grow, and pursue their passion for dance. We’re looking forward to watching this project take shape and bringing the Peter Boal Center to life!

Auburn Mechanical's Pure Water Division is expanding into Oregon!

We’re excited to bring Auburn Mechanical’s Pure Water expertise to Oregon with a dedicated team ready to support clients across the region. We’re also excited to introduce Dave Sherland, who will lead our Pure Water Division at our new Oregon location. With Dave’s experience joining our team, our Pure Water Division now brings more than 100 years of combined experience to every project.

Our Pure Water team provides custom design, coordination, installation, and ongoing maintenance for a wide range of water treatment systems. Our capabilities include deionization and membrane systems, filtration, cleanroom fabrication, system upgrades, and preventive maintenance. We deliver reliable, customized solutions for life science, manufacturing, healthcare, microelectronics, and other specialized facilities.

The skid pictured here is a Pure Water & Reuse Water Skid designed for a leading research university in Oregon.

We’re excited to continue growing our Pure Water team and begin this next chapter in Oregon!

At Cascade Elementary, our field team faced the challenge of getting large HVAC equipment up a steep set of stairs and into the attic. Their solution? Rigging an entire motor-powered system to safely move the equipment into place.

This is just one example of the problem-solving and ingenuity our field teams bring to every project. We’re proud of our capable team for thinking outside the box and finding a way to get the job done safely and efficiently.
