Another exciting update from our Club Studio project in Mill Creek!
Construction is moving along, and the space is really starting to take shape.
These progress photos give a good look at just how much coordination goes into a project like this. From the extensive overhead mechanical and electrical systems to the framing, structural elements, skylights, railings, and architectural details, there are a lot of pieces that have to come together before anyone sees the finished product.
That is one of the things I love about construction. You watch a project evolve from drawings and rough framing into a space that begins to have its own identity.
Very proud of our Paradigm Building Contractors team and thankful for all of the trades and partners working together on this project.
Club Studio Mill Creek is coming together! 🏗️

Strong leadership and solid progress on site! 💪
Cesar Sosa Sr. is leading the PBC crew at the Northsound Logistics Center in Arlington, currently framing the exterior truck canopy. The structure is really taking shape, and it’s a great example of teamwork, craftsmanship, and experience coming together in the field.
