We had a fantastic time attending Trine University's Tailgate for Talent Career Fair on September 24! We enjoyed meeting so many motivated students, sharing information about careers in construction, and discussing the exciting opportunities our industry has to offer.

From internships to full-time career paths, it was inspiring to connect with the next generation of builders, leaders, and innovators. The energy and enthusiasm from the students made for a great event, and we're grateful for the chance to showcase what makes a career in construction so rewarding.

A big thank you to Trine University for hosting such a wonderful event and to everyone who stopped by our booth. We look forward to seeing where your future takes you and hope to work alongside some of you one day!

Building relationships today. Building the future tomorrow.

What a great two days at Butler & Riverdale Elementary Schools' Career Vehicle Days! 🚜🏗️

A few weeks back, some of the FCI Construction team enjoyed meeting hundreds of students and showcasing some of the equipment and vehicles that help us build projects throughout our communities.

Seeing the excitement on students' faces as they explored our equipment and learned about careers in construction made the event truly special. We are proud to support opportunities that introduce young people to the skilled trades and the many rewarding career paths our industry offers.

Thank you to DeKalb County Eastern Community Schools for having us. We had a blast and hope we inspired a few future construction professionals along the way!

FCI Construction is proud to partner with Fortify Life on the new splash pad and to be part of bringing another exciting addition to a place we’ve had a hand in building. Having previously worked on Memorial Park, it’s especially rewarding to see the park continue to grow and evolve into a destination for the community. 🚧
