IMPORTANT NOTICE TO MY CUSTOMERS
Several of my longtime customers have contacted me after receiving a flyer from an out-of-town swimming pool company, asking if this company is taking over my business following my retirement.
Let me be very clear: They are not.
This company has not purchased or received any of my customer lists or customer information, including my retail, opening, closing, service, maintenance, or replacement liner customers.
I have made arrangements with a swimming pool company to continue taking care of my customers after my retirement. All of my service customers will receive a letter directly from me introducing that company and providing all the details.
Until you receive that letter from me, please do not assume that another company contacting you has been recommended or selected by Central New York Pool Service.
Thank you for your many years of loyalty, friendship, and trust. It means more to me than I can say.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly.
