Some of our team members volunteered their time to be a part of the United Way's Day of Caring last week. They helped prepare for their 'un'-gala event, which will raise awareness and funds to advocate for victims of s*x trafficking.

We're always grateful for the opportunity to learn about the people and organizations that are making a difference in our communities, and we're thankful to play a small role in supporting their mission.

A lot has changed over 47 years, but our values remain the same. Thank you to our team that holds these values highly and lives them out each day!

Since co-founding Bailey-Harris in 1979, our CEO, Allen Harris, has emphasized the importance of quality construction and attention to detail.

This week, he shared that experience with our Bailey-Harris Academy students during a hands-on lunch-and-learn focused on construction quality. From the major components of a project down to the finishing touches, every detail matters.

We're grateful for the opportunity to pass along decades of knowledge to the next generation of Bailey-Harris leaders!

Smiles all around! We’re still reminiscing on last week’s BUILD event— we especially enjoyed having our families together for the afternoon to thank them for how their support our team.

Thank you ShutterXpress | Wedding Photo Booth for capturing all the fun!

As September comes to a close, we’re celebrating ten employees marking work anniversaries this month!

A special thank you goes to Eric Studdard, who's celebrating 20 years with Bailey-Harris. Over the past two decades, Eric has traveled across the state managing some of our most complex projects and has been a steady leader for our team.

Thank you to each of these team members for all you contribute to Bailey-Harris!
