We don't think anyone (including us 😅) has really enjoyed the rise in monthly electric bills, so we're happy to share 2 tips today that could help you save some money in the long run:

- Switch over to LED lights because you might be able to save hundreds per year. Seriously 🤩. You can even go to Efficiency Maine's website to calculate what you could save: https://www.efficiencymaine.com/at-home/lighting-solutions/

- Monitor your space heater usage. It's Maine, and we know it's cold 🥶, but you should also be aware that 1 space heater alone could run your bill up by $40-$80 (maybe more) per month depending on your usage, house size, and other factors. Imagine if you had 3 heaters going? 😳 We know some people have to use them, but if you are in a place where you can make some changes to your usage, do so!
