Adding one (or both of them!) to your property is one of the best ways to create a relaxing, enjoyable outdoor space for family and friends. But before you jump in and enjoy warm water on a cool Maine evening or host summer pool parties for hot days, you need to make sure the electrical work is done safely and correctly.

This is a common occurrence! While it’s frustrating, it’s good to remember that it’s your electrical system doing exactly what it’s supposed to do.

Kinda.

Let me explain (post below).

We don't think anyone (including us 😅) has really enjoyed the rise in monthly electric bills, so we're happy to share 2 tips today that could help you save some money in the long run:

- Switch over to LED lights because you might be able to save hundreds per year. Seriously 🤩. You can even go to Efficiency Maine's website to calculate what you could save: https://www.efficiencymaine.com/at-home/lighting-solutions/

- Monitor your space heater usage. It's Maine, and we know it's cold 🥶, but you should also be aware that 1 space heater alone could run your bill up by $40-$80 (maybe more) per month depending on your usage, house size, and other factors. Imagine if you had 3 heaters going? 😳 We know some people have to use them, but if you are in a place where you can make some changes to your usage, do so!

We're here to help! 😊 Let us know if you want us for some electrical work, projects, or other needs.
