“How long until I get my permit?”
Our most-asked question.

No two projects or jurisdictions are equal. But after tracking trends across our projects, we’ve learned something more useful than a timeframe:
The timeline isn’t about how fast the city reviews. It’s about how many review cycles you ride.

What we control:

➡️ Submit complete. Incomplete packages get incomplete reviews. Every gap adds a cycle.

➡️ Meet with staff before we design. Pre-app meetings kill comments before they’re ever written.

➡️ Turn comments fast. The clock only runs while the city holds the ball. We don’t let it sit on our desk.

We can’t make the government move faster. We can make sure you ride the cycle once or twice — not seven times.

• For every 1 new surveyor entering, 2-3 are preparing to retire (NSPS)
