This home has undergone a significant transformation with the addition of a new master suite, loft, attached garage, and sunroom, along with a complete remodel of the kitchen and main living areas. The design incorporates multiple mono-pitched rooflines, creating a distinctive modern architectural style.
The exterior is finished with CertainTeed Monogram Double 4 siding in Tuxedo Black, complemented by CertainTeed Single 7 Board & Batten siding in matching Tuxedo Black for added texture and visual interest. The roof features CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles in Moire Black, accented by a striking Copper Penny standing seam metal roof. All soffit and fascia are Quality Edge products in Black, creating a clean, cohesive appearance.
The newly added garage includes a custom insulated garage door, while the home's windows have been upgraded to Andersen 100 Series windows in White. New Therma-Tru fiberglass exterior doors provide durability, energy efficiency, and curb appeal.
Outdoor living space is enhanced by a spacious 22' x 14' x 10' Azek deck in Cypress from the Vintage Collection, featuring black vertical cable railing by Jam Systems. The sunroom is topped with a durable Duro-Last flat roofing system, providing long-lasting protection and low maintenance.
Additional upgrades throughout the project include modernized interior finishes, expanded living space, and architectural enhancements that blend contemporary design with lasting quality.
