Great work starts before anybody picks up a tool. 📐 Emidio, our Superintendent, is out ahead of the crew measuring, snapping lines, and setting up the day so the guys behind him know exactly where everything goes. Everything is staged where it's needed. Every measurement is taken twice. Potential issues are resolved before they become problems, and the safety plan has already been implemented and communicated. 🦺

We’re stopping by the Mulberry Condos in beautiful Beaufort, NC! Our crew has been out here for months, framing, hanging, and finishing this massive renovation. 🔨 Over the course of construction, conditions changed, plans changed, and the work got done anyway. Because that's what these guys do. Adapt, solve it, keep moving. 💪

🚧 Well, looky who's got a new website! Now that we've wrapped phase 1 of our in-house construction management software, we turned our attention to the site itself. We sat down with Claude Code 🤖, laid out our design ideas, and cranked up the AI coding tools to build something completely new — in just a few days. ⚡ 💪

The result? A site that's more custom to our business, while cutting costs. 📉

Fresh from the archives! 🚧🔥 Cape Fear Community College Building L may have been a relatively straightforward project, but the detailed layouts and complex wall configurations required precision every step of the way. 📏 Our team rose to the challenge and delivered the project on budget, on time, and with the quality our clients expect. ✅

We did it! After years of struggling with overpriced construction management software that wasn’t built for us, we went and built our own. Using Claude Code and other AI tools, we were able to build and launch custom software specifically for our needs.

Just a few years ago something like this would have taken a team of developers years to build and deploy, which made it an impossible option for the average company. Using advanced tools and techniques, we were able to build our platform, from conception to deployment, in less than 3 months. Here are a few of the cutting-edge features that we were able to roll into the software platform:

We’re back at the Ridge Center in Ocean Isle with a little something different. Gus and the team have been hanging an acoustical cloud ceiling. It’s exacting and precise work with no room for error, and they have been nailing it. Looks great guys!

We finished the framing at Town Creek Marina in Beaufort last week, and boy does it look great! Almost a shame to have to cover it up. 😅 We’ll have more as the work progresses, so stay tuned. 👀📸✨

The last touch-ups are done at Cypress Glen in Greenville 🏗️ — and we think the results speak for themselves.

This was one of the largest and most challenging projects we've ever taken on. Tons of moving parts, tight timeline, real complexity at every turn. Our team didn't flinch. 💪 Huge credit to Emidio and the crew for delivering on time and on budget without ever cutting a corner. 🙌
