We were recently hired to remediate severe mold issues inside three apartment units in Norcross. These units had been vacant for a long time and had developed extensive mold growth. When we first walked in, the air quality was so bad that it was difficult to breathe – definitely one of the more challenging conditions we’ve seen.

Our scope included:
• extensive demolition of affected areas
• professional mold remediation
• cleaning & drying
• reconstruction and full interior renovation

All three units are now fully restored and ready to be rented again.
