First MTR booking..(actually 2)
Casa Ivana was booked by a construction crew for 30 days with the possibility of extending it by 90 days. Marketing Channel - FB Marketplace
Casa Juniper was booked by an out of state traveling professional for 94 days from Airbnb.
It took about a month to get these bookings after getting 4-5 inquires from Airbnb and Furnished Finder.
