Before this rain rolls in, take a look up at your gutters..

If they're twisted or hanging uneven, missing gutter guard clips could be why. Those small clips hold the guard's screen tight to the front edge of your gutter. On this home, they were gone across the entire roof.

A loose gutter can't move heavy rain the way it should — and storms find every weak spot.

Add it to your storm prep list.

We clean up well, communicate often, and keep our process clear—because taking care of your roof shouldn’t mean chasing updates or jumping through hoops. You have enough to care for under one roof. We’ll make sure it endures.

Four inches of wood is holding up the peak of most roofs.

That's the ridge board — the strip your ridge vent and ridge cap sit on. At four inches, it eventually gives, and everything on top of it loses its support.

Element Pros swaps it for an eighteen to twenty-four inch board before the vent ever goes on.

Wider base. Built to hold.

That dark corner isn't dirt. It's water.

It sits there after every rain, slips under the flashing — the metal strip that's supposed to send it away from the wall — and soaks into the brick behind. 🦠 The mold you can't see yet is already growing back there, and every wet-dry cycle opens the mortar a little wider.

Gaps around a window this big don't fix themselves. Free inspections at elementpros.com

It shows up on the inspection report before it shows up on the ceiling.

Counter flashing is metal cut into the brick where the roof meets the wall — so water runs out instead of behind it.

The leak rarely starts where the stain is.

That corner where the roof ends and the wall keeps going needs a kick-out — a small angled metal piece that sends water clear of your siding instead of behind it.

Trim off. Flashing in. Trim back.

A fast install is nice. An inspection after the install is what Manny remembers.

Clear communication from day one. Roof done fast. Then Ronny came back to check the finished work thoroughly.

Same roof. Different standard.
