With that said, what can you expect from doing business with us? We will schedule an appointment to discuss your project and provide you with a detailed written proposal (not an "estimate"). You will never have to worry about unexpected cost or excuses. We will determine a mutually agreed upon production schedule and we will be there, on time, until the project is completed. Your home, furnishings, property and landscaping will be thoroughly and completely protected during all phases of the project. At completion, your project will be covered under the MPA five year written warranty for all labor and materials. If a problem arises during the warranty period, we will correct it at no cost to you.
