I've been doing inspections all week across Cu***ng and Forsyth County and I keep seeing the same things over and over on roofs that look completely fine from the driveway 🏠

That's the part that gets me. Homeowners have no idea because nothing is visibly wrong yet. But up close, the signs are there 🔍
