A lot of homeowners think if their roof survived winter, they’re good. Not exactly 🙅‍♂️

❄️ Winter is tough, but spring in Georgia is when your roof actually gets tested. The heavy rains, the wind, the storms that roll through out of nowhere, that’s when the weak spots show themselves 🏠🌸

A small leak that got ignored in January turns into a ceiling cave-in by May. I’ve seen it happen.
