This role is focused on:
• Processing and responding to client requests
• Coordinating with internal teams
• Managing account performance
It requires the ability to balance client needs with operational ex*****on in a fast-paced environment.
The right candidate must be highly organized, comfortable multitasking across multiple systems, and confident leveraging technology to support communication, documentation, reporting, and workflow.
Multifamily experience is vital — but mindset, professionalism, and overall experience matter most.
