Exciting progress underway in Dahlonega, GA! 🏗️

We're currently in the construction phase of a brand-new duplex designed to provide comfortable, functional living for multiple residents. Each unit features:

▪️4 spacious bedrooms
▪️4 full bathrooms
▪️Open-concept kitchen and living area
▪️Dedicated laundry room

This project is all about maximizing livability and efficiency while maintaining a thoughtful, modern design. It's great to see everything coming together on site, and we're looking forward to sharing more updates as construction continues.

We are excited to share a North Georgia home addition that blends modern design with its natural surroundings.
This addition will introduce a new living room and foyer, along with a reimagined entry sequence featuring new stairs that create a more welcoming and functional connection to the home. Expansive windows and layered outdoor spaces take full advantage of the site, capturing views and bringing in natural light.
Thoughtful integration with the existing structure and the landscape is key, resulting in a seamless transition between old and new, inside and out.

We were honored to celebrate the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Make-A-Wish accessible playground. ✨
It was incredibly rewarding to watch the children experience their new playground, including the wheelchair-accessible swing and the castle play structure, designed so every child can join in the fun.
Rutledge Design Group was proud to work with Make-A-Wish Foundation and New South Construction to help bring this special project to life for these amazing kids.
