We're excited to share this rendering of a new residential development in Smyrna, GA, designed by Rutledge Design Group. Featuring three uniquely different custom homes, this collection brings together varied exterior materials, distinctive rooflines, and architectural details that give each residence its own character.

From stone accents and rich siding to soft curves and a welcoming arched entry, the designs create a cohesive streetscape while celebrating each home's individuality.

New Custom Home | Blue Ridge, Georgia

We're excited to share a look at a new custom home taking shape in the beautiful North Georgia mountains.

Design with both everyday living and entertaining in mind, this three-bedroom home will feature two primary suites, each with spacious spa-inspired bathrooms, dual vanities, oversized showers with dual shower heads, and generous closet space. One suite will offer direct access to the porch, while the other will include a freestanding soaking tub.

At the heart of the home, an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area will be enhanced by a vaulted ceiling and dedicated bar area. Additional spaces include a study, laundry/mudroom, and a finished basement with a workout room, TV area, and half bath.

The outdoor living spaces will be just as impressive, with expansive front and rear porches overlooking an infinity-edge pool with an integrated hot tub. A pool house with restrooms, outdoor kitchen, and firepit gathering area will create the perfect setting for enjoying the Blue Ridge surroundings.

We look forward to seeing this custom home move from vision to reality.

Another project complete!

We're pleased to share the recently completed renovation of the existing office building for PruittHealth Savannah. This approximately 3,845-square-foot renovation created a refreshed, functional environment to support PruittHealth's Home Health and Hospice services.

The renovated space provides dedicated offices for their team, along with administrative areas designed to support day-to-day operations and the important services they provide to patients and families.

We're proud to have played a role in transforming this existing space to serve the needs of the PruittHealth team better.

New Project | Skilled Nursing Facility - Nashville, TN

We're excited to share a look at a new skilled nursing facility in Nashville, Tennessee, with construction starting soon!

This single-story, approximately 84,443-square-foot facility will feature 111 units, thoughtfully planned to support residents, caregivers, and the day-to-day needs of a modern skilled nursing environment.

The project extends beyond the building itself, with site improvements that include new roads, sidewalks, walking paths, terraces, and patio areas, creating accessible outdoor spaces and connections throughout the property.

At Rutledge Design Group, we value the opportunity to design senior living and healthcare environments that balance functionality, comfort, and a welcoming residential character.

A fresh look and improved functionality are coming to this commercial office building renovation in Smyrna, GA!
The project includes interior and exterior upgrades, including front-facade modifications that add storefront glazing for a more modern look and more natural light.
Inside, the space is being reconfigured with a new office layout, updated restrooms, a break room, conference rooms, and refreshed finishes throughout.
We're excited to see this transformation take shape!

Construction is nearing completion on this approximately 3,845-square-foot office renovation in Savannah, Georgia, designed to support home health and hospice services.
It's exciting to see the design come together as the final finishes are underway. From the updated office spaces to the lighting and interior details, the project is quickly taking shape and getting ready to serve the team.

Rutledge Design Group is proud to be designing a new 20,000-square-foot PACE all-inclusive elderly care facility dedicated to helping older adults remain safely and comfortably in their own homes while receiving the care and support they need.
This innovative center will provide a wide range of services including:
