Were are about to start installing the total flash sealant on the . It is below freezing so had to use my trucks defrost to warm up the sealant.

We are starting to add the thermal control layer to the . We are using a thermally broken fastener by Aerosmith with their gun. These washers hold the insulation in place and the nail shoots directly into the concrete!

This would normally take several days for this step with a hammer drill and impact driver. This actuated system is much faster and more efficient.

Some say that municipalities design their sewer systems to be able to handle the Super Bowl halftime toilet flushing. They us some truth to that but it is mostly an urban legend from the 1984 super bowl. What you should be concerned with is the Flush rating on your toilet and if it can keep up with your guests and your 7 layer dip!

I was waiting for a family member at to wrap up a meeting when I got distracted by a food demonstration.

Jeff with at helped me solve a problem that I was having with my induction range. My eggs were sticking to my induction friendly pans. It was not an induction issue. It was a chemistry issue. Protein bonds to stainless steel when heated forming a bond that with the metal atoms.

These pans have ceramic to help break that bond and prevent food from sticking. Also there are no forever chemicals.
