Bats love tin roofs!
Bats are known to roost in not only caves, but voids found high in the air. This is why attics make the perfect place to live, as it is essentially a huge cave up high and away from predators.
Tin roofs are a very common place for Bats to make a home. The same areas left open for air to flow, makes a perfect entrance and exit point for a bat. The ridge vent is one of the most common places we see bats taking advantage of.
We specialize in knowing how to properly seal these openings to allow air still to flow, while also keeping any animals from gaining entry. Give us a call today if you are having issues with bats getting into your attic space! We would love to help! 🦇🦇
