A.E. Schlueter Pipe Organ Company Announces Leadership Transition and Strategic Growth
Founded in 1973 by Arthur E. Schlueter, Jr., the A.E. Schlueter Pipe Organ Company has flourished for over five decades. The reason we do what we do is best expressed by our motto “Soli Deo Gloria” which is incorporated into our company logo and included on the maker’s plate installed on each organ we have built and rebuilt.
Today, the firm enters its next chapter as Arthur E. Schlueter, III, completes the purchase of the company from his father, assuming the role of President.
Arthur (III) has been a fixture of the company since childhood—from holding notes during tunings as a boy to shaping the firm’s artistic direction as Vice President. After earning a B.A. in Marketing from Mercer University, Arthur followed his passion back to the family craft, gaining hands-on experience in every facet of organ building, tonal design, and project management.
Building the Future:
The A.E. Schlueter Pipe Organ Company enters this new era with a full order book and its veteran management team and staff intact. Arthur III remains committed to the hallmark quality and client care that defined his father’s tenure. To support this growth, the firm has recently expanded its team, adding two new tuning crews, manufacturing staff, and a new voicer.
Arthur Schlueter, Jr. will continue to serve the firm in an Emeritus advisory capacity, ensuring his 50 years of expertise remain a cornerstone of the company’s bright future.

• Our Lady of Assumption, Brookhaven, Georgia: New IV-manual, 65-rank Schlueter pipe organ
