1000 and 2000 Social: A new perspective on Class A office in Raleigh.

The Exchange Raleigh is a phased development featuring two dynamic and modern Class A office towers, 1000 Social and 2000 Social, connected by a two-story skybridge known as the Oculus Bridge. The two story skybridge has a central oculus and rooftop sky park that brings light, energy, and connection into the workplace.

Exterior systems of precast, formed metal panels, and high-performance curtain wall anchor the project, while activated retail and landscaped courtyards bring it to life at street level. The dynamic 30-foot-tall lobby, clad in structural glass, provides unobstructed views, while a monumental stair with glass railings connects the lobby to the second-floor conference center. Here, a retractable folding glass wall links the pre-function space to a balcony with stunning views of the park.

At the heart of the two-story lobby, a monumental oak tree-inspired sculpture rises as the centerpiece of the interior experience as an experiential welcome for visitors. The oak sculpture reflects the client's commitment to the natural landscape at The Exchange, their deep roots in the Raleigh community, and their bold vision for growth.
