This year, we introduced Operational Excellence Day, bringing safety, quality and productivity together for three exciting days at the College Football Hall of Fame. Innovation with Impact

McKenney’s proudly partnered with the Stiles Property Management team at 110 East “North America’s Most Intelligent Office Building”, to host Stacks+Joules, a nonprofit organization connecting underserved communities to STEM and skilled trades career opportunities.

During the tour, our ACS team shared insights into the automation and controls systems that help support 110 East, while highlighting the collaboration between McKenney’s and Stiles in operating and maintaining a high-performing Class A office environment.

We are grateful for our partnership with Stiles and the opportunity to introduce students and future professionals to careers in smart buildings, engineering, automation, and skilled trades.

Planned entirely by our co-ops, the fundraiser featured a dunk tank, co****le tournament, and our grill masters serving lunch, creating a fun-filled day. We’re incredibly proud of our co-ops for leading such a successful event and for setting a new Charlotte co-op fundraising record.
