Project Highlight: Georgia Tech Residence Hall Expansion 🏗️

McKenney’s is proud to support the development of Georgia Tech’s first new traditional residence hall in nearly 50 years. This project marks a major investment in the future of higher education, innovation, and growth in Atlanta.

Key highlights of this project include:

- 191,000 sq. ft. residence hall
- Housing for approximately 860 students
- Double-occupancy rooms with shared kitchens
- Community lounges and collaborative learning spaces
