The Cooper Carry Interiors team attended the annual IIDA Georgia Chapter Chapter "Best of the Best" design awards at the Delta Flight Museum, and we are proud to share that Cooper Carry brought home not one, but two project awards.

The Clemson University Alumni & Visitors Center took home the win in the "Learn" category, and the Amber Grace Community project earned the award in the "JEDI" (Justice, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion) category.

With nearly a dozen entries across multiple categories, this was a true team effort, and these recognitions are a reflection of the passion and thoughtfulness our teams bring to every project. Congratulations to everyone who made these projects possible!

Our Washington, DC team threw it back to our high school days by hosting a prom-themed happy hour that included punch, a playlist of our teenage favorites, and even a prom king and queen.

We leaned into the nostalgia with classic after‑school snacks like Tostino’s pizza rolls and throwback photos of team members at their own proms!

Our talented team out of Boulder recently gathered for a hands-on bouquet-building event to celebrate the important mother figures in their lives. The team transformed into a pop-up floral workshop, with teammates selecting stems and crafting arrangements to take home or gift to someone special.

And because timing is everything, we paired the celebration with a Cinco de Mayo happy hour! Cheers and happy Mother's Day!

Cooper Carry's NEXT program celebrates colleagues who exemplify our firm's core values through exceptional contributions to their teams. It provides a way for anyone in the firm to recognize their peers by nominating them based on one or more of our six core values—Collaboration, Sustainability, Creativity, Passion, Innovation, and Curiosity.

Congratulations to the recipient of the Curiosity Award, Jacky Keogh!

Jacky has built a longstanding reputation for approaching design through a different lens. Her exceptional sketching and illustrating skills bring design visions to life in ways that elevate our work and inspire more inventive, thoughtful processes across the team.

Those who have worked alongside Jacky consistently note that she has opened their eyes to new ways of thinking and creative solutions to complex problems. Her curiosity and drive to find unique solutions don't just define her own work, they permeate the entire studio.

🎨Congratulations to Jacky!

For Earth Week, our Boulder team got their hands dirty for a great cause! We had the privilege of volunteering with Growing Gardens once again, preparing and planting tomato starts for their annual plant sale. Part of the proceeds and donations from the sale go directly to community members experiencing food insecurity. Their Food Project Program aims to increase access to fresh food, gardening supplies and education for the community.

We also got a tour of their incredible sustainable farm and helped get the space ready for the big event. It's always meaningful to give back in ways that go beyond our everyday work, and Growing Gardens is doing something truly special for the Boulder community.

Exciting news! We are proud to announce that all three residential towers at Cooper Carry's Carlyle Crossing project have officially achieved U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC)'s LEED Gold certification, marking a significant milestone in sustainable residential design.

This accomplishment reflects the dedication and coordination of our entire project team, led in part by Hannah Spates, our Sustainability Lead, whose commitment to sustainability was woven into every phase of the work. Earning Gold status across all three towers is a testament to the quality and intentionality that defined this project from the ground up.

Congratulations to all who contributed to making Carlyle Crossing a benchmark for sustainable living.

We had a blast taking in a Richmond Flying Squirrels game at the brand new CarMax Park! As part of the signage and wayfinding team on this project, there's nothing quite like seeing the finished product come to life on opening night. Collaborating with LaBella Associates, Jones Signs, and Tally Signs, we're proud of what this team brought to Richmond's Diamond District.
