"So many companies are private-equity owned now… it’s getting harder to find businesses that still operate with traditional customer service standards."

We get this feedback from builders and customers quite often.

It’s an interesting observation. Many companies today are very sophisticated operationally - but sometimes the simple human side of business gets lost along the way.
