Another milestone reached at Lovejoy High School! 🏗️

Summer renovations have officially wrapped up, and our team is making great progress across campus. The structure for the new administration wing is complete, with slab placements now underway. Final inspections are also beginning for the new competition gym, and paving is complete for all new parking lots.

We officially cut the ribbon on Whitefield Academy’s new Learning Commons! 🎉

On Monday, we joined the Whitefield Academy community to celebrate the opening of this incredible 64,050 SF, four-level facility. The new Learning Commons brings administration offices, a cafeteria, library, prayer room, and classrooms together in one thoughtfully designed space built to enhance the student experience.

The project also included relocating the existing playground closer to the Lower School Building, another project Evergreen was proud to build for Whitefield Academy.

It was a privilege to bring this vision to life alongside TVS Design and UDS Development Services. We’re excited to see students and faculty make this new space their own as they kick off another school year!

One last game before summer wraps up!

Last Friday, we celebrated our annual Summer Bash at Dave & Buster's with great food, drinks, arcade games, and yes... the infamous human claw machine. 😄

Most importantly, it was our chance to give a big thank you to our interns for all of their hard work this summer. We loved having you on the Evergreen team and can't wait to see where your careers take you!

Progress continues at Cross Keys High School as we advance both renovation and new construction simultaneously on this transformational campus.

✅ Recent milestones include:
• Completion of the first phase of renovations featuring new MEP systems, paint, flooring, structural steel for rooftop units, and re-roofing of two classroom wings
• Ongoing renovations to the existing gymnasium, scheduled for completion this fall
• Steel er****on underway for the first section of the new three-story classroom addition
• Underground utility installation progressing for the future performing arts center

✂️🎉 Ribbon officially cut!

Last week, we celebrated the opening of the new Cobb Innovation and Technology Academy at Allatoona High School! Congratulations to the leadership, staff, and students as they kick off the school year in an incredible new learning environment.

We're proud to have partnered with CCCA (DLR Group) and Cobb County School District to bring this vision to life. From healthcare and advanced computing to industrial manufacturing and aviation, this facility is built to inspire the next generation.

The final details are taking shape at Whitefield Academy!

Landscaping is complete, interior finishes are nearing completion, final inspections are underway, and our team has officially started punch list activities as we move toward project completion.

✔ Turf installation underway for the baseball fields, with football field construction beginning

Each milestone brings us closer to delivering enhanced learning, athletic, and campus spaces for the students and staff at Lovejoy High School.
