Sherman Creek North Cove Apartments, an affordable housing development in upper Manhattan featuring Sto Panel Technology, recently received an EIFS Industry Members Association (EIMA) 2025 EIFS Excellence Award of Merit.

Rising over 30 stories along the New York City skyline, StoPanel Classic NExT ci was used to complete close to 300,000-square-foot of exterior. Incorporating various material looks and multiple colors, this massive utilizes both StoSignature Brick along with fine texture finishes.
