Today we revisit this Expansive Gorgeous Green Tile Bathroom Makeover. It has an Art Deco nod with its unifying Hexagon tile. The most eye-popping feature, though, is the shower. The homeowners decided to make a dream come true. They traded in their free-standing tub for a large, floor-to-ceiling-tiled two-person shower. We love the combination of the green tile, copper fixtures, and the stark whites of the rest of the room. In addition to the bathroom, we added custom-built cabinets to the walk-in closet. This gave much more functionality to the space. The new cabinets include maximized clothing storage space and a display area for hats and shoes. It’s so much more efficient to get dressed in the mornings when you can see all your options.

When you spend a lot of time entertaining and cooking, there is never enough countertop and storage space. So, these homeowners requested that we include a Butler Pantry in their new kitchen. It’s a growing design trend we can get behind! We love the idea of moving some of the kitchen clutter to a separate prep spot. It has a wall of cabinets for extra kitchen storage and a prep area perfect for additional kitchen operations.

In order to free up space for this new room, we built a new laundry room upstairs as well. Life is easier when the washer and dryer are on the same floor as the bedrooms!

Entire 2nd Story Addition! What a makeover on this home we did in the Chimney Lake Subdivision last year. We also added a beautiful outdoor living area and improved the facade of the home. It all blended perfectly!

This East Cobb family originally had a very small space to do laundry, but were fortunate to have a garage storage room directly behind it that we could build into, without adding on to the house. All we had to do was remove a wall to combine the two spaces, add some additional support, and then close the opening to the garage. We absolutely love how this home project elevated a lowly laundry room to an absolute oasis! See all the pictures here:
