The Hampton Inn Kennesaw project is starting to take shape.

A lot happens before a hotel rises out of the ground, and the Sturgis Construction team has been steadily advancing the work that sets the stage for everything that follows. Recent efforts have focused on rock excavation, utility relocations, temporary power installation, and site infrastructure as we prepare for the next phase of construction.

While much of this progress happens below grade, these early milestones are critical to the long-term success of the project, and it's rewarding to see meaningful momentum building on site each week.

Excited to Share What’s Underway in Nashville!

We are proud to announce the start of our latest project in Nashville: Martin + Gray.
In partnership with , this new development will bring a 37-unit build-to-rent community to the vibrant Wedgewood-Houston neighborhood, one of Nashville’s most dynamic and fast-growing areas.

This project represents more than new homes, it reinforces our growing geographical presence in Nashville, a market we’re excited to continue investing in and shaping for the future.
