Interior Project Complete!

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of Madeira Park, a beautifully designed wine bar by ai3 located on North Highlands Ave! Creating a warm, inviting space that blends craftsmanship with character.
This project featured:

-Challenging historical existing conditions
-Custom millwork
-Elegant lighting and finishes
-Thoughtful acoustic and seating layout

A huge thank-you to the talented subcontractors, vendors, designers, and project partners who helped make this space something special. We’re excited to see Madeira Park become a go-to destination for locals and visitors.

Project Complete!

We’re proud to announce the successful completion of our latest multifamily project Abbington Ormewood, a three building 50 unit community located in Ormewood Park. From groundbreaking, to post tension slabs, to final walkthroughs, our team remained focused on safety, quality, and schedule.

This project is a testament to what can be achieved through strong collaboration with our sub partners, design team, and dedicated crews on site. On to the next one!
