We spent the first half of the week clearing out the old structure, and today the team is busy setting up forms for a new concrete pad.

Hoping the weather cooperates so we can beat the rain and get this poured ASAP! Stay tuned next week for the final reveal.

Problem solved! ✅
Our team took over this pool demo, finishing the removal and compacting 15 loads of fill dirt. The site is now graded, compacted, and ready for the homeowners to start their patio and outdoor kitchen build. 🏗️

After another contractor dropped the ball, we were called in to remediate a ton of drainage issues. We installed a dry riverbed to divert water off of the hill behind the house; cleaned out and reshaped drainage ditches; removed drainage pipe and reset waterline, as it was sitting directly between pipe and rock; removed and replaced driveway rock, as it was too difficult for this couple to walk on; and removed several dangerous trees.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work with this wonderful couple and the support we received from their neighbors.
