Cloud Construction began in 2016 under the leadership of our Managing Member, Lee Carroll. Based in Atlanta, Georgia, and with nearly 40 remote team members and a national project footprint, Cloud is a modern general contractor with a special focus in the QSR, retail, general commercial, and healthcare build-out spaces.
We provide the following services to our clients: general contracting, pre-construction services, design management, owner’s representation, franchise development, fee development, and financing/lender support.
Our mission is to invest our time, talent, and resources into relationships that offer the opportunity for personal and professional growth. Cloud’s business model challenges the status quo of the construction industry, allowing our team members to work from anywhere instead of the typical office environment. This allows our services to be localized, creating a cost-effective, stable experience with “boots on the ground” knowledge and access to our team.
Cloud is a people-focused company. We embrace the idea of Living Balanced, giving our employees the freedom to balance personal time with work in a healthy and intentional way. Our partnership with Third Lens Ministries, a 501(c)3 non-profit assisting global organizations with design and construction in third-world areas, is our way of giving back and changing lives through our industry.
