H. J. Russell & Company is proud to support delivery of Phase 1 of DFW Airport’s Terminal F as part of the Innovation Next+ design-build joint venture, led by Archer Western and Turner Construction, alongside partners Phillips May and CARCON, with design teams PGAL, Gensler, and GFT. The project includes a nearly 400,000 SF concourse and new Skylink station, marking DFW’s first new terminal in over 20 years. Construction began in 2024, with completion set for 2027.

The team is executing a large-scale modular approach, fabricating six mega-modules offsite and setting them in place along the taxiway. The largest, at 278 by 136 feet and 3,320 tons, sets a new benchmark for terminal expansion. Installed just nine months after groundbreaking, this strategy is accelerating schedule while enhancing safety, quality, and collaboration across the project team.

A big milestone for ATL. ✈️

On June 3, we joined airport leadership and project partners to celebrate the Concourse D Widening Phase III Ribbon Cutting at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.

Delivered ahead of schedule, this phase adds new gate capacity and helps enhance the passenger experience ahead of a busy summer travel season and the FIFA World Cup 2026.

We're proud to be part of a project that will serve millions of travelers and support the continued growth of Atlanta for years to come.

We’re proud to be kicking off work with the Boston Housing Authority on the Pond Street Apartments modernization project in Jamaica Plain.

This project will bring important building envelope and heating system upgrades to five occupied residential buildings, helping improve comfort, energy efficiency, and long-term performance for residents.

Projects like this are about more than infrastructure. They’re about investing in communities and creating better living environments for the people who call them home. We’re excited to partner with the Boston Housing Authority and project team to help bring these improvements to life.

A new chapter for ATL is officially open.

The South Red Deck at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport welcomed its first travelers on June 1, adding critical parking capacity and enhancing the airport experience for millions of passengers each year.

We are proud to support ATLNext and celebrate this milestone alongside airport and city leadership.
