Throwback Thursday: The Exchange at Juban!

Located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, this project was completed a few years ago as part of
our partnership with Hathaway Development and Hathaway Construction.

The Exchange at Juban brought 264 living spaces to the community, complemented by
high-quality amenities designed to elevate the resident experience.
Proud to look back at a project that made a lasting impact!

We are celebrating a GLA Milestone!

After more than 13 years with GLA, we’re proud to celebrate Brian Tomlin on becoming a Registered Architect! As a Senior Project Manager and Partner, Brian has played an integral role in our firm, overseeing multiple teams and helping guide countless projects from concept to completion.

His leadership, experience, and commitment to both our people and our work have made a lasting impact on GLA. We’re excited to celebrate this well-deserved achievement and the many milestones still ahead!

Congratulations, Brian!

Meet Marie Taylor - GLA’s trustworthy Director of Architecture!

Marie connects our work with the people and systems that make it possible. She guides project delivery standards, supports and mentors Project Managers and Directors, and helps teams turn firm-wide goals into consistent day-to-day practices. Her role spans design quality, staff development, and operational leadership, with a focus on helping GLA deliver strong multifamily projects while growing the people behind them.

That’s the bird’s-eye view, but anyone on our team can tell you that Marie loves to bring an authentic and playful aspect to her mentoring that makes learning unforgettable. She brings an element of fun and approachability that allows for vulnerability and growth. We are very grateful to have her on our team.

Marie, thank you for all your hard work!

Meet GLA’s youngest registered architect, Ty Lawrence!

Ty is an exceptional team member who consistently brings his best to everything he does, and trust us, he does a lot!

As a proactive Architect I, Ty plays an important role on his team, contributing to some of our most complex projects and always stepping up to take on new challenges. But his talents don’t stop there. He also leads our Social Media Committee (although he didn’t have much to do with this particular post), where he continues to showcase his leadership, creativity, and communication skills.

We are incredibly proud to call Ty one of our own and excited to watch him continue to grow, lead, and make his mark at GLA.

Congratulations, Ty! We’re lucky to have you on the team!
