Over the last few days, our staff ran a Bootcamp with Performance Electrical. We worked with their new hires to get them CPR/ First Aid Certification and work on safety and electrical basics. This was extremely well received by the new hires!

Thanks to Milwaukee Tool and Graybar for supporting this venture by providing the apprentices kits to each of these young apprentices!

The AECA spent the last few days conducting a New Hire Bootcamp with Performance Electric. This event helped get new hire’s confidence in their skills and helping them understand the safety needed to have a successful career!

June is National Safety Month, but for AECA, safety is never limited to one month.

It shows up in the way crews are trained, the way jobsites are managed, and the way contractors look out for the people working beside them.

Safe work builds stronger teams, stronger projects, and a stronger electrical industry.
