These two farmhouses are starting to show their character!

With siding and brick skirt going up, you can really start to see these two homes come to life. They may share the same property and farmhouse style, but each one is beginning to take on its own vibe and charm.

More progress, more personality, and two homes getting closer to becoming exactly what their families envisioned!

This home is starting to become something REALLY special!

Come with me inside this one-of-a-kind historic-inspired home, and even though we’re still in the early stages, you can finally start to see the vision coming together!

With 6,500 heated square feet and 10,000 square feet under beam, this home will feature 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a grand staircase, massive front porch columns, and incredible views from the porch.

And then there’s the music studio! Located above the garage with its own separate entrance, a lift for moving heavy equipment between the garage and studio, and even a soundproof room within the studio, it’s definitely not something you see in your everyday new build.

But what really makes this home special is the attention to history and character! It will have period-correct details, using refurbished and repurposed items and architectural elements chosen to make the home feel like it has a story to tell.

The walls are up, the windows are in, and electrical work is underway. There’s still a LONG way to go, but seeing this house take shape is pretty incredible.

What started as a concrete slab is now a finished space built to be both functional and inviting.

This custom detached garage was designed with the homeowner in mind—from plywood walls that make hanging shelves and future projects easy, to quiet side-mount garage door openers, plenty of lighting, and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Step outside and you’ll find a covered porch with a dedicated gas grill hookup, making it just as enjoyable for relaxing as it is for working. Inside, there’s a convenient half bath plus an additional sink outside the bathroom for easy handwashing after tackling projects.

Finished with exterior paint that perfectly complements the home, this garage feels like a seamless extension of the property, not just a place to park, but a space built to be used and enjoyed every day.

Every home has a stage where you can finally see the vision taking shape… and this is it!

This 2,300 sq. ft. farmhouse is framed up and already showing off everything that’s to come: 3 bedrooms, a spacious bonus room, a big sliding door that leads to a covered porch, and even a safe room tucked into the garage.

There’s still a lot to do, but it’s exciting to watch this one come to life one step at a time. Follow along as we take you from framing to finished!

The concrete is poured, the framing is underway, and you can finally start to see the vision for this historic-inspired home come to life. With its period-correct details, grand front porch, and one-of-a-kind character, this is going to be a build worth following from start to finish.
