Have you noticed the KPC fencing around the Oconee County Courthouse in downtown Watkinsville?

Kevin Price Construction is currently working on the interior renovations across all three levels of the courthouse. Once complete, the renovated facility will serve as the County’s judicial center, housing Superior Court/Treatment Court, Juvenile Court, Magistrate Court, Probate Court, the District Attorney’s Office, Probation Office, and the Clerk of Courts.

We’re proud to be part of a project that will continue serving the Oconee County community for years to come!

A meaningful expansion, built with purpose.

The St. Lawrence Catholic Church Chapel Addition was a 3,035 SF expansion designed to seamlessly blend with the existing campus while creating a warm, inviting space for worship.

The project featured a hybrid structural system combining steel and glue-laminated wood, delivering both strength and architectural character.

From the brick masonry and EIFS exterior that mirrored the original church to the carefully constructed interior systems, every detail was completed with durability, function, and craftsmanship in mind.

Kevin Price Construction was proud to deliver this project on time and within budget, providing the parish with a beautiful, lasting space to gather and grow.
