Sooo... we knocked it down and opened it up, and done a drop beam! It's not completely done, they wanted to sheetrock it themselves, which is perfectly fine! Looks great!

Soooo, we converted a one car garage into a master bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room closet! Redo on electrical and plumbing, built the flooring, closed in the opening, built walls to separate the rooms and it turned out amazing!!
