A huge thank to Mr. Johnson for choosing Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration and I as his contractor of choice! I stopped by Mr. Johnson house when I noticed he was missing awhole hip of shingles. He mentioned to me his insurance carrier denied his claim for a replacement back around March when all the windstorms came through. I offered him a complimentary inspection, and realized not only was a hip on his roof missing lots of shingles but enough hail damage for a full replacement. I walked Mr. Johnson through the whole insurance claim process, met with the adjuster, pointed out the severity of damage and got a full approval for a roof replacement! This is why I love my job, we truly value each and every customer!

With a knock on the door, and a courtesy inspection I found more then enough hail damage for a paid in full roof replacement! Super excited to see the finished project! A huge congratulations to Mr. Brinks on his new beautiful roof! When I first stopped and talked to Mr. Brink we both acknowledged he had quite a bit of wind damage on his roof. After offering him a complimentary inspection we then realized he had hail damage as well. After working with his insurance company they deemed the roof as a total loss and paid for a full roof replacement! Here at Ridgeline Roofing & Restoration not only do we extremely focus on quality but also making sure our customers have a wonderful and easy experience with us!

After a free complimentary inspection we then realized he had hail damage all over the roof. I worked closely with their insurance to get them approved for a paid in full roof replacement!

As you see in the picture Mr. Brink just like others in the Huntsville Madison area had alot of wind creased shingles/ Hail damage from the recent storms we have had. A huge thank you as always for USAA insurance carrier for taking great care of their clients!
