HELP WANTED: Salesman / Pest Control Technician

We're growing and looking for motivated individuals to join our team as a Salesman/Pest Technician! This hybrid role combines selling pest control services with hands-on technician duties to provide top-notch solutions for residential and commercial customers.
What You'll Do:
Conduct thorough pest inspections at homes and businesses
Identify pest issues and recommend effective, tailored treatment plans
Sell and upsell ongoing service agreements for long-term protection
Safety apply eco-friendly/ conventional pesticide. treatments to eliminate pests like ants, rodents, spiders, and more
Build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up
Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with strong communication and sales skills
Clean driving record (company vehicle provided for work)
Ability to work outdoors, lift equipment, and handle physical tasks
Pest control experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate (licensing assistance provided)
Commitment to eco-friendly practices and family-oriented values
