From an eyesore pile of leftover dirt from their pool installation to a clean, sleek finish grade! 🙌🚜

We spread and graded the excess dirt around the pool area, filled in the low spots, and left the yard smooth, clean, and ready for the next step.

🌱 Sod is up next — then this backyard transformation will be complete!

📢 TLI LLC SERVICE UPDATE

After a lot of thought, I’ve made the difficult decision to officially discontinue lawn maintenance services.

This was not an easy decision. I truly love and appreciate each and every customer who has supported TLI and trusted me with their property. ❤️ However, between the Florida heat, rising fuel costs, equipment maintenance and repairs, and the physical demands of lawn maintenance, it simply isn’t worth continuing that portion of the business anymore.

TLI LLC IS NOT GOING ANYWHERE! 🚜🌴

We simply shifting my focus toward our other property improvement and specialty services, including:

🚜 Grading & dirt work — driveways, pool pads, building pads & final grades
🌳 Tree work & property clearing
🌲 Forestry mulching & brush clearing
🪵 Debris removal & haul-off
🪨 Landscape design & installation — rock beds, mulch & more
🌱 Sod installation
🧤 Hand-pulled w**ding & landscape cleanups
💦 Pressure washing
✨ Specialty property improvement projects

To all of my lawn maintenance customers: THANK YOU! Thank you for your business, loyalty, referrals, and most importantly, your understanding as I make this change. I genuinely appreciate every single one of you. ❤️

This isn’t the end of TLI — it’s just a new chapter and a shift toward the work I want TLI to be known for.
