Excited to highlight another landscape renovation project completed by the James Creek Lawn & Landscape team!

This project involved a complete transformation of the property’s landscape. We removed all of the existing declining shrubbery, repaired and restored every area impacted by construction, and installed an entirely new landscape designed to align with our clients vision.

This project included:
• 115 new shrubs installed
• 30 perennials added for seasonal color
• 16 Arborvitae planted for privacy and structure
• 4,600 sq. ft. of new sod installed

James Creek Lawn & Landscape is looking for an experienced Landscape Construction / Hardscape Foreman to join our growing team. We’re seeking a motivated leader who takes pride in quality workmanship, pays close attention to detail, and can confidently lead a crew from project start to finish.

Requirements:

* Valid driver’s license (required)
* Prior landscape construction and hardscape experience (proof of experience required when applying)
* Experience operating skid loaders, mini excavators, and other construction equipment
* Proficient with standard landscape construction and hardscape tools
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
* Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a landscape construction/hardscape crew
* Construct patios, retaining walls, walkways, and other hardscape features from start to finish
*Material/Equipment Transport via F-450 and above. Must have experience hauling a trailer.
* Operate construction equipment, including skid loaders and mini excavators
* Read and execute project plans while ensuring projects stay on schedule
* Maintain a safe, organized, and productive job site
* Ensure every project meets our high standards for quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail
