Weโ€™re thrilled to share that we have been recognized with the Platinum Industry Award by Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Metro Washington for our outstanding landscape work at Brightview Alexandria! A huge thank you to our General Contractor, Harkins Builders, for their partnership, and a special shoutout to Project Manager Scott Pullen and Superintendent Luis Sapon, for their leadership and dedication in making this project a success. Meet Aaron K. Ruffins, Director of Operations at AME

Aaron is excited to join AME, bringing extensive experience in leadership, operations, and team development. A retired Lieutenant Colonel and Commanding Officer in the United States Marine Corps, he brings a servant leadership approach and a passion for building collaborative teams focused on achieving a shared goal.

His first few weeks have given him an opportunity to experience AMEโ€™s culture firsthand, and what has stood out most is seeing The AME Way in action. He has been impressed by the pride our employees take in their work, the way our teams support one another, and the shared commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement.

Welcome to the AME team Aaron!
