Meet Aaron K. Ruffins, Director of Operations at AME

Aaron is excited to join AME, bringing extensive experience in leadership, operations, and team development. A retired Lieutenant Colonel and Commanding Officer in the United States Marine Corps, he brings a servant leadership approach and a passion for building collaborative teams focused on achieving a shared goal.

His first few weeks have given him an opportunity to experience AME’s culture firsthand, and what has stood out most is seeing The AME Way in action. He has been impressed by the pride our employees take in their work, the way our teams support one another, and the shared commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement.

We just wrapped up our annual corn giveaway, sharing a dozen ears with each employee as a small token of appreciation for everything they do. We’re grateful for the hardworking people who make AME what it is!

🎉 Mid Year Town Hall Recap 🌳

A day filled with meaningful updates, shared successes, and great conversations across our office and field teams. We wrapped up the day with a company cookout and want to thank everyone who helped make it such a memorable event!

What an incredible Safety Day! 🚧🦺

Our team spent the day learning through hands-on training and real-world demonstrations, covering equipment safety, fire prevention, heat safety, DOT training, skid steer operations, fall protection, rigging, suspended loads, and buried utilities.

Thank you to Frankie Caballero, the Diversified team, MOSH, Claudia Castellanos with Washington Gas, the Metro Bobcat Team, and Montgomery County Police Officer Burke for helping make this event a success!
