This week, we're proud to recognize Dave Sullivan, whose dedication and leadership have made a lasting impact at W.H. Stovall for more than two decades.

Dave joined the Stovall team in 2002 and has worn many hats throughout his career. Over the years, he has taken on a variety of roles, developing a deep understanding of our operations, people, and culture. Today, Dave serves as our Safety Manager, where he plays a critical role in protecting our most valuable asset: our employees.

Dave oversees safety efforts both in our facilities and out in the field, working closely with our teams to ensure that every employee has the knowledge, resources, and support needed to perform their jobs safely. His commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture helps keep our jobsites compliant, our crews protected, and our projects running smoothly.

Beyond the policies and procedures, Dave genuinely cares about the well being of every member of the Stovall team. His experience, leadership, and proactive approach to safety have helped make safety a core value throughout our organization.

As we wrap up another successful summer, we're saying goodbye to our summer intern, Connor Eyler on his final day with us.

This summer, Connor quickly became a valued member of the team through his hard work, eagerness to learn, and positive attitude. He took on new challenges with confidence and was always willing to lend a helping hand wherever needed.

Ty joined the Stovall team in 2013 and has spent more than a decade helping deliver quality projects for our customers. As one of our Lead Foremen, Ty plays a critical role in overseeing installations, supporting field crews, and ensuring every project is completed safely and efficiently.

Known for being reliable, dependable, and dedicated to safety, Ty leads by example every day. If you ever see him during work hours, one thing is for sure, he's probably wearing his hard hat, even when inside the office. While it's become a staple of his work attire, it also reflects what Ty is all about: safety first, always. His experience, strong work ethic, and commitment to doing the job right have earned the respect of both his teammates and customers alike.

One of Nick’s greatest strengths is his charismatic personality and natural leadership ability. He has a talent for motivating those around him, building strong relationships with his team, and creating a positive work environment.
