This week, we're proud to recognize Floyd Pence, a seasoned industry professional whose experience and leadership have made an immediate impact at W.H. Stovall!

Floyd joined the Stovall team in early 2026 as a Senior Glass Project Manager, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in the glass and glazing industry. His extensive knowledge and real world expertise have quickly made him a valuable asset to both our company and our customers.

Since joining Stovall, Floyd has become an integral part of our team, not only managing projects but also serving as a trusted mentor to others within the organization. His willingness to share his experience and help develop the next generation of industry professionals reflects his commitment to both individual and team success.

Floyd is known for his strong work ethic, collaborative mindset, and team player attitude. This week, we're excited to recognize Cody Brooks, one of the newest members of the W.H. Stovall team!

Cody joined W.H. Stovall in 2026 as an Assistant Project Manager, bringing with him an enthusiastic attitude and a strong desire to learn. Since joining the company, Cody has embraced every opportunity to grow, taking on new challenges and working to expand his knowledge of our industry and operations.

David joined W.H. Stovall in 2023 as a Fabricator in our shop and has quickly built a reputation for his steady, dependable work performance. Day in and day out, David brings consistency, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality that helps keep our operations running smoothly.

One of David's standout qualities is his dedication to safety. He understands that maintaining a safe work environment is everyone's responsibility, and he's never hesitant to speak up when he sees something that could be done more safely. In fact, David is known for holding everyone accountable, whether it's a fellow team member or even a supervisor. Twenty-five years ago today, the world stopped.

Most of us can still tell you exactly where we were the moment we heard, in the classroom, the office, the kitchen with the TV on before work.

September 11, 2001 changed how we see the world, but it also showed us who we are at our best: first responders running toward danger, strangers helping strangers, neighbors becoming family.

Today we pause to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost and to honor the courage that met that darkness with light.

Never forget.
